Why a Spiritual Retreat?

A spiritual retreat offers you an opportunity to step off of that spinning roundabout which is the hurried pace of today’s everyday life. A spiritual retreat can help you in a number of ways: 

Firstly by allowing you to escape from the frantic pace and chaos of daily life it will allow you time to relax, reflect and take time for yourself. It is a way of relieving stress and regaining inner calm and joy. However, our spiritual retreats are not just about escape. 

We also guide you through several techniques that you will be able to incorporate into your daily life, to use each day or when the need arises . 

You will share the experience of the retreat with other people just like you. Although there is flexibility built into the schedule for personal time and space.

And finally, you will depart our retreat with your body and mind rejuvenated and your spiritual energy revitalized.

The Weekend’s Programme

The retreat begins on Friday evening and on through to late afternoon Sunday. During the retreat you will enjoy:

Circle dancing for the mind, body and spirit!

Relaxation and visualisation meditation sessions

Re-energising fire ceremony

The Accommodation

Sharing a superbly equipped log cabin, based on a 120 acre estate, overlooking the beautiful Sussex coast.

The estate has its own leisure club, featuring indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gymnasium

A delicious range of healthy meals are provided during your stay.

Despite the cold weather, the sun was shining outside and this saw a steady stream of visitors coming through the doors throughout the day to meet the wide range of local exhibitors we had brought together.
